What do our guests say?
On the first morning, I thought there was something wrong with my hearing: it was so quiet! But then I opened the window and heard it: a little stream, a gentle waterfall.
I was allowed to stay in the cottage for a while as part of the art project "SCHWEIGEN & MUH" (Silence & Moo) at the art-loving Wolf farm. What I remember most vividly is the scent of Swiss pine, the bathroom with its huge panoramic window, the bed, the starry sky, and, of course, the peace and quiet!
What can I do in the region?
From leisurely walks and long hikes to one of the many mountain huts or alpine pastures in the region to climbing tours of varying degrees of difficulty, there is something for everyone. It is not without reason that the Gesaeuse is known as the "university of mountaineering" and Johnsbach is part of the mountaineering villages.
